Nous tenons à vous informer que le Comité d’organisation des Jeux Olympiques de Tokyo (TOCOG) et le Gouvernement japonais ont annoncé par un communiqué officiel ce jour que les spectateurs étrangers ne pourront pas assister aux Jeux Olympiques de Tokyo, se déroulant du 23 juillet au 08 août 2021 à Tokyo.

En tant qu’agence officielle des Jeux Olympiques pour la France, EVENTEAM LIVE a œuvré chaque jour dans l’intérêt de ses clients, notamment depuis l’annonce du report, il y a environ un an.
Cette annonce reste néanmoins une déception pour tous les supporters qui avaient la volonté d’aller encourager les athlètes, et pour EVENTEAM qui collabore avec les différents Comités Nationaux Olympiques depuis 2012.
Nous avons sollicité, avec le soutien du Comité National Olympique Sportif et Français (CNOSF), ainsi que l’appui de l’ensemble des agences officielles des autres pays, les Institutions Olympiques CIO et TOCOG, et également nos principaux prestataires pour obtenir des informations sur les conditions d’annulation applicables à la billetterie et aux prestations associées, que vous avez réservées par notre intermédiaire.
Il est cependant encore trop tôt pour pouvoir répondre à l’intégralité de vos questions.
Nous tenons à vous assurer de notre total engagement dans la gestion de cette situation exceptionnelle. Toutes nos équipes sont actuellement mobilisées pour vous accompagner et pour revenir vers vous avec des informations concrètes dans les meilleurs délais.

Wij willen u meedelen dat het Organisatiecomité voor de Olympische Spelen van Tokio 2020 (TOCOG) en de Japanse regering, vandaag in een officiële verklaring hebben aangekondigd dat buitenlandse toeschouwers jammer genoeg de Olympische Spelen van Tokio (23 juli tot en met 8 augustus 2021) niet zullen kunnen bijwonen.

Als officieel agentschap van de Olympische Spelen voor België heeft Eventeam Live elke dag gewerkt in het belang van zijn klanten. Het is echter nog te vroeg om al uw vragen te kunnen antwoorden.
Wij willen u verzekeren van onze volledige inzet om deze uitzonderlijke situatie te beheersen. Al onze teams zijn momenteel gemobiliseerd om u bij te staan en u zo snel mogelijk concrete informatie te geven.
